Has anyone been on the LED Heady Hoop Facebook page lately? This guy that makes them apparently shut down his business for good but feels the need to bash his customers in the process, after many of his customers were loyal and gave him the means to live for many years. So head's up if you're the owner of a heady hoop don't expect to get much service from this guy. I have never seen anyone be so mean and arrogant. And it pisses me off that he would treat people the way he's been treating them. I have many friends that have owned heady hoops in the past and quite frankly they suck anyways. They rattle, and the charging port closure is held together by velcro...I mean really he couldn't come up with a better design? Granted, maybe if he would have made a quality hoop to begin with then maybe his customers wouldn't have so many issues with his company.

Sorry I just had to vent.

This came straight off his website. It just seems like he's burnt out, but I don't think it was appropriate to call his customers out on stupidity..... it's a business, if you can't handle the horns bud don't get in the bull pin... just sayin'

LED Heady Hoops is now CLOSED for business.

I would like to thank all my loyal customers that have made this quite the adventure over the years, but I am burnt out on doing this for a living or even a serious hobby, and frankly I am sick of dealing with people who don't know what they want and I end up eating the cost of their stupidity.

I am now pursuing a new carrier path in a field I have loved all my life, but took and extended break from to do this silly hoop thing.

I will still honor the 1 year warranty on hoops that still have a warranty left on them but I am no longer going to be building new hoops for retail sale.

If you have a hoop that needs repair and it's still in it's 1 year warranty please include a check or Money order for $15 for return shipping cost and a note with what is wrong with your hoop and your contact info and I will cover any of the parts cost.

If you have a hoop that is outside of the warranty period and you would like it fixed please e-mail before you send it in, it will be $15 for the return shipping plus the cost of parts and a little for my time.

I will also keep a limited number of chargers, Velcro bits and other assorted bits if you need something just e-mail me and I'll see what I can do to help ya out.

I will only have time to work on them on select weekends so service may not be very fast but it will be done.

Thanks everybody.

Peace & Hoops

You obviously didn't read the other cruel posts he posted earlier today. So glad he shut down his sight and facebook page.

I have no facebook to see em but I'm sure they're not nice, his whole tone seems indifferent and like hooping got in the way of his dreams or something.

*facepalm*

couldn't have said it better, I was just like...wow...just...wow.

Oh my. That's just a little unnecessary and dumb. Thanking his customers and calling them stupid all in one paragraph. Lovely.

.... and he can't even spell career. I just picture him as a mail carrier now lol
