Now that I have started hooping on a regular basis I figured I should start stretching. But I frequently forget to stretch. Growing up I was freakishly good at being flexible, my nick name in gym class was rubber band, and now I am not as flexible as I would like to be. I think that being flexible is a big part of hooping . But I just cant seem to get myself to do it every day.!

that's excatly the problem i was having i like longer classes and youtube only has 10-15 min segments...i literally use doyogawithme.com on a daily bases....there are sites out there with more of a variety but they all charger(i've spent hours looking) doyogawithme.com is definitely the best place for free full length class videos (i'm sounding like an advertisement lol)
