whoaaaa! that vid just blew my mind!!! love how it looks when you use the diff light modes!!! especially with the 1 or 2 lit up it looks like a completely diff toy in the dark! I would def pick one of these up if I had the extra $$$ . Lets see if this hoops quality will outmatch the other major led hoops... cool!

has anyone that ordered an atomic hoop received one yet?  just wondering why we havent seen more videos- maybe no ones put them down since they got them? Also any one know the weight range of these bad boys?  I thought they had it up on the site before but I dont see it now.

The weight is about 15oz and will depend on the diameter that you order :)

If you like that one, be sure you check out the www.ultrapoi.com Ultra Hoop! Same price range, TONS of modes.. I think around 500 or so? I had one for a little bit... It was truly epic. And lots more light instead of a few LEDs functioning at a time. Just figured I'd give you another option to check out =)

I ordered mine on March 6th, but unfortunately, I am still waiting for them to finish building it and to ship it. Their orders got backed up, I guess, because of the number of people who ordered them--they had to wait for special parts. I will def. post a video, though, once I get my hoop.

Found this video on Facebook.  The girls name is Maja, she posted a few images of her and her hoop on facebook and I saw this video she made- ATOMIC TEST RUN- takes 13 minutes to get through every mode but it's captivating as hell.  Hope it links correctly...

Hey! I just wanted to ask someone who had an atomic hoop how its weight and height felt. I played with someones at a festival a couple weeks ago, but the height didnt feel like she said it was. I know Astral measures the inside diameter, but still taking it into consideration it felt a good 2-3 inches off of what she said. To hoopers that can be a big difference. Also I am use to 3/4 100 psi and wondered how this compared to any of the sizes of tubing for the atomic. Any comments are much appreciated. :) I wanna order mine as soon as possible, but wanted to make sure i got the right size and tubing.

heyya,

So I have an atomic and you're definitely right.  I ordered a 33 inch, it measures about 34.5.  My regular leds are 33 in and they can sit inside astrals hoop with a decent amount of space around it.  So yes, my hoop is bigger than 33 inch.  I'm just hoping they switch to a different tubing so I can get one light fixed and upgrade the tubing and hopefully get the right size.  Thats a tall order tho ;)

How did you feel about weight? My friend ordered a mood hoop and the size of it is insanely tiny, i didnt like it at all, but most other peoples LEDs i play with seem so heavy and chunky. Thanks for your reply btw. I just wanna make sure i get everything right before i order it :)

psi hoops and cosmic hoops 3/4" OD would probably be the right size for you. Astral atomic is a thick tubing. It has to be to fit the circuitry

I like the mood hoops alright, but they're too thin for me.. I never liked the pp 5/8" od pp that sparrow and company like so much.. my hands are too chunky.
