I've been trying to master the elbow attack for a couple of weeks now with little progress. I can reverse the direction of the hoop but I can't figure out how exactly I'm supposed to be leaning back into the hoop so that it can spin and then be passed to the other elbow. The second I try to lean back the hoop just flies off my elbow. Does anyone have any tips for this part of the trick? Or for the trick in general? Any and all responses will be greatly appreciated!
