ok, so this looks like it shouldn't be that hard, but I'm finding that it is!  When multi hooping, often times people bring two hoops on one hand over their head.  It looks like one is in the hand and one is on the wrist.  Safire does it all the time.  Anyway, so i get them both started in my hand, then try to split one down to my wrist, and I can split them but once its on my wrist I get about 2-3 rotations before it falls down and whacks me in the head.  It seems as though you need a strong forward-back push, which I feel like I'm doing.  Any other suggestions guys?

Thanks!

PT Hooper, you often have really excellent advice for these technical moves. I love how creative you are in finding unique alternatives. I'm going to try this.
Thanks Beth, Let me know how it works for you.

That is so much better! And I think it would be easier to make transitions too.

Lots of arm strength!!

know that the two hoops split  directions as well... so the forearm pushes forward and then hand pushes forward as the forearm draws back like a snake.... Hope that helps.
