Ordered a fire staff and hoop... Got the staff, now WHERE IS MY HOOP?!?!?

Have you contacted them directly.
Often stores will send items seperatly if there is a delay on one of them or if they are strangely shaped like a hoop and a staff. One may have got delayed in the post.
Nobody will be able to give you an answer except them.
I ordered my hoop 8 days ago and it still says shipment pending what the hell? they have taken my money over a week ago and no shipping.....grrr
how long did it take to get the fire staff?
keep in mind it's festival season and these products are hand made
yes they are a very busy company and there is no way you can ship a hoop and a staff together.

i know other companies it takes a month to get an item...be patient!!! i know it's hard
Wow. Yeah, most of this stuff is handmade at the time of order - in regards to the one comment: 8 days to shipping would be super FAST if I was ordering an LED hoop from a hoopmaker. Maybe I understand because I've made my own hoops (LEDs) and I know how much time goes into them (and that's WHY I order them from someone else now, heh).

I'd email the hoopmaker directly if I was really worried in either case.
I ordered my LED hula hoop from them, and recently I had to get replacement batteries. Supposedly they were restocking, so it took a while to get my batteries as well. I mean, 3-4 weeks. BUT, they did come!....eventually.
Yea, i called and they said the same thing, i didnt expect it arrive quickly but the money was taken from my account the same day and 9 days later still hasn't even begun the journey from cali to kansas. I was really hoping to have it before ALL GOOD and I leave July 5. I am little worried about the reviews that I have since read on here about the LED TC kinking up when collapsing. I hope it arrives in time to rock out in West Virginia!
update*** I got my hoop and its already a POS- lights no longer work and battery wont charge. I ordered it before i joined this site and read the reviews. It's guaranteed and I will have a new one soon but still......three weeks.....reallly....? ugh
This happened to me as well! They re-sent me a new battery charger (i received it about 1.5 weeks after I e-mailed them) and I plugged the new charger in and it broke AGAIN! I was devistated, so I called the toll free number and spoke with Pamela. She told me that the black battery chargers are a POS and made in China. They have had many problems with that charger and they have another one called a 'Trustfire' charger. She is sending me that one and HOPEFULLY it works.

Maybe try giving them a call, make sure you call between the business hours and I'm sure she can help you. Obviously it is the chargers if a bunch of us are having a problem with lights and the battery not charging.

Generally I've found that everything I've ordered from Trick Concepts is a piece of crap. I've never felt that what I've gotten from there was worth the money. Hoops generally take forever but most of their stuff is premade so there is no excuse. I've had them take the money and tell me that its been shipped and then a month later I call them and they are like "O ya, it hasnt been shipped yet." THEN WHY DID YOU SAY IT WAS SHIPPED!?!?!??!?!?! *WOOPSH!!*
