I ordered a LED hoop and it was shipped in a box with no bubble wrap or any protection and the box was dented and when we opened it and connected the lights they did not work, we were sent a shipping label to send back when I called to see if they received the box back and to inquire about refund they told me they received the hoop and there was nothing wrong and it worked and I said well if it worked I wouldn't of sent back so he said he had to keep my 30 dollars for shipping but would refund money for hoop. I was mad and said just send me my freaking money I guess he needed the 30 dollars more than I did .wtf ?? I would not recommend buying a LED hoop from them..

I like Troo Hoops because they really seem to offer a durable and affordable product. They keep the options simple so I don't end up adding a a few dollars here and there for different options. All their custom hoops are $130. They also will fix any problem with the hoop free of charge. I really like that I can go there in person too.
