I'm no mini expert but I just made a pair 24" in diameter, 1/2" 125psi. They're so fun-- an entirely different hooping experience!

Yea, 20-24 inches is pretty standard. I use 23 just cause 24 gets frustrating for me but anything smaller goes too fast. And also isolations with a 20 inch is REALLY frustrating at times. Beyond that, use a 1/2 inch tubing between 100 and 125 psi. the 1/2 inch makes handling better than 3/4. Although a man might have an easier time with a 3/4 inch than a girl would, I would still stick to the 1/2 inch. Hope this helps! Let us know how things turn out!

I have some 1/2 inch 125 psi, so I am going to make him a pair and see how he does with them. I just have to go out and buy connectors and order silver mirror tape for them. I will post pictures when I am done. :)
