I sell reasonably priced fire hoops. I can make you a fire hoop starting at $100 with pvc tubing, it would cost more for hdpe or polypro.

Hey I don't know if you found a hoop yet but I am selling my 33 hoop its a holistic hoop red and gold with 5 detachable 4 inch spines.  I barely use it as I am kinda afraid of the fire still.  It a great hoop for practice and then for adding the spines.  I like the multi functionality of it a lot.  Let me know I am thinking like 100 for it since its pretty close to new but may be willing to negotiate.  :)

I have a used one for sale, I'm not sure where you are but we could probably figure out shipping. It's 33 inch OD with the 1/2 inch pe tubing, five wicks 5.5 inches long. It has brand new 1/4 inch neon pink and neon yellow grip tape in a criss cross pattern, only been burned ONE time and I am including the wick covers that I handmade :) $95 Photos attached!
