Hey lovely hoopers! i really need some advice with vertical chest/shoulder hooping. I can do regular chest/shoulder hoop well, and I've watched a bunch of videos on vertical but can't seem to get it down! I've watched the chemigals vid, Arsyns, an Italian one lol, and a another one on vertical, any ones that you can reccomend out there? Which way worked for you to start with? Any helpful tips? Also I just started doing chest breaks.

PS I hoop to my left.

Thanks in advance! Xx

i can chest hoop now without the arms but with my arms i am having a great deal of trouble i can get them in but i cant keep the hoop going once my arms are in im wondering how long it took people to get shoulder hooping down??

I worked on it daily for well over a month, maybe two, before I had the muscle memory down and could do it consistently. It's a really awkward one, I think it's definitely one of the hardest things to learn with the hoop, but keep at, you'll get there!

I agree it took me working on it daily for at least a month before chest hooping became a happy place for me.
