Hello hoop friends! I have been video taping myself hooping alot recently...and I just started realizing that when i have a free hand...or both hands are free, I dont pay attention to what I am doing with them. Sometimes i have my hand to the side of me, fingers spread out, looking weird and awkward. Or I will have them in a weird position while im thinking about whatever move Im doing. Im working alot on my overall flow and this hand problem is definitely not good for performing. :) I wanna nip this in the butt before its a huge habit. Anyone else have this problem? or have any solutions?? tips?? anything helps!! HoopLove! :)

You can:

* mirror the movement of your other hand

* trace the arc of the hoop

* rest it on a hip or shoulder

* pose it in the air

* frame your face

thank you! ive got some practicing to do! really appreciate it! :)

There are a few suggestions in this older thread, too.
