i'm not sure what it's called but it's super easy. i believe katie emmit has a tutorial on it. i'll check and get back to you :)

Ok, it's an isolated barrel roll tutorial but this trick is in there as well. she starts talking about this trick around 3:40 , but I'd just watch the whole video if i were you cause it's all awesome.lol.i love all of her videos :)
