There is a fairly basic trick where you go from a laso position to spinning the hoop in front of the body and it rotating on your thumb. It usually looks like a slightly wobbly pancake. I assume there must be a name for this but I haven't run across it. I learned it from another hooper in person and have never seen a tutorial. I would like to add it to a trick list but I don't have words for it.
