I really like breaks and reversals. Wish I could do them!

I appreciate a lot of different types of hooping, both on body and off. In my own practice I am doing much more work on core hooping than anything else. But recently I've started learning a few things off body that made me stretch in ways that felt sooo good.
I have leaned towards off the body stuff as well. Not sure why, I just find it really fun! I cant say I prefer one style to another though because I have watch so many hoopers that have inspired me to want to try, learn and use all styles. If I get into a slump and dont feel like hooping or I'm just not motivated then I'll work with a different style for awhile and then I can usually incorporate that into my usual hooping and get more creative with it! :)
With me I really enjoy flow, but sustained spinning is always going to be one of my favorites.
personally, i love incorporating the flow with off the body tricks. i've recently gotten into sustained spinning! (though i find that i get REALLY dizzy after too much sustained spinning too fast. spotting --picking one object in my spin path to focus on in every rotation-- has def helped with this)

i don't feel comfortable enough with a single hoop to get into minis/twins, but it's def a goal I have in mind.
