The WHD Dance project is ramping up for World Hoop Day on 12/12/12. The choreography is nearly complete and tutorial videos, music, and other materials will be released at the end of August.

The first tutorial for the WHD Dance 2012 is just one move. It's an 8-count kick inspired by rhythmic gymnastics that will challenge your balance, tighten your core and tone your obliques.
More move tutorials on the way and the full dance will be online at the end of August.
Oooooh that's going to take some stretching and practice for this gal with tight hamstrings.
I highly recommend yoga for increasing flexibility and balance. You will improve every time you practice and it's perfectly OK not to be perfect on the mat.
