I would recommend SaFire's tutorials on this site - they are very reasonably priced, and there is a lot of content. Plus she is a very good teacher.

There are lots of online tutorials at hooping university too - but if you're after a dvd, maybe HoopGirl Evolution would work for you?

I would suggest Safire's classes here online, just go under the learn tab at the top of the page and check out the online classes. :)

Most of the dvd s are extremely basic. I would just go on youtube. though I teach at hooping university... but I am here in Italy doing a Guinness record for Lo Show Dei Rekords and I am available to teach, live and in person. I am in Rome.

Safires tutorials have my vote too.  I tried hoopgirl evolution but actually I found it a bit boring, lots of moves but not many that look really good or are very challenging.  If I could go back in time I wouldn't have bought it, would have just gone straight to learning from Safires tuts.  Good luck!

I'm not sure how advanced you are, but the Hoop Technique DVD has loads of awesome stuff on it. Outside of that, everyone seems to agree that SaFire's classes are pretty awesome. Good luck!
