Do you have any recommendations? Pros and cons on the above links appreciated. Especalliy I would be interested if the hoops which are disasembled are stable enough for hooping at knees.

Thanks,

Maggie

Well if those are your only choices, then may I offer my advise as a maker.

Nice flexible spines, but looks like ti'll be kinda heavy.  Wood connectors will definitely add a bit of weight.

Also flexible, but poor chose of connector placement and awkward wick attachment.  Shows the marks of trying too hard to be different.  shortcuts taken in the design.

Flexible spines, check.  pass through connectors, good. hard connection of wick, check.  Not sure about the elastic connectors, but if you're comfortable with them, go for it.  I'd avoid speed hooping though.

Can't go wrong with synergy. I say go with bigger wicks and shorter spines on your first one... I grew out of my small wicks waaaay too quickly.

they're in Germany, I think they're trying to go with a local shop.

I live in the Netherlands.

I bought quick wick from synergy too. It's a small package. So shipping to Europe isn't that expensive. And a good quality product.

Hey! I just bought my Synergy Quick Wicks last night! I bought then through Astral Hoops! I went with 6, the nice thing about them is you can put them on Any Hoop! Even your favorite Practice or Led!!!
