While we are on the topic of "loving your body"... anyone have tips for a girl with complexion woes?

So I turned 30 a couple months ago and it seems that for the past few months, my adult acne has gotten worse and worse.  It has gotten to the point that I won't leave my room without makeup on to hide the blemishes and scars.  I am on Spring Break now and have made a commitment to go "makeup-free" for a week to help give my face a chance to cleanse, but I was wondering if any of my fellow hoopers have any advice or remedies that have worked for them.

all natural honey and yoghurt are also awesome!!

After trying lots of topical stuff- both drugstore and homemade- I figured that I could either constantly put stuff on my face for the rest of my life or find out why I was getting acne in the first place. My mom (in her 50's) gets one or two horrible pimples almost exactly 10 days after eating something with walnuts in it (like brownies or fruitcake, usually when she isn't sure if its walnuts or pecans I think).

Sooo I tracked what I ate and found out that whenever I had diary products, my face paid the price. Now I have eliminated milk, cheese, etc. from my life, I only get 1-3 small pimples around that certain time of the month.I don't know if I had an allergy or intolerance or what, but it has been 6 months and I'm pretty happy.

It sucked to have to give up stuff that I enjoy but it is such a relief to not have as many skin problems anymore!

I'm def gonna try the apple cider vinegar tonight. I have mild acne, but I'm 19 so it's pretty normal I suppose. I've had great skin at times in my life where I have a disgusting diet and lifestyle, and bad skin when I'm seemingly doing everything right. I hate how I can't just pinpoint exactly what it is that triggers it, and how random it seems. Maybe it's just in my head, but when I don't think about my acne it seems to go away. Summer time my skin always clears up because I'm busy and happy and outside all day and not worrying about things like my skin. Which again just confuses me because summer time(for me anyway) means liquor and tanning oils and chronic dehydration and lack of hygiene and sleep, which are supposed to be bad for you skin right? I'm considering trying food elimination just so I can rule things out, but god damn I love yogurt.
