Greetings, guys!
I created these and had them available for a while now, but I have held off on posting a quick topic here until I had a video available to give a sense of what they can be used for - today is that day. So here it is and I hope you guys are as stoked on them as I am :)
There are already a few out there now, if any of you happen to be reading this I have a request: let me know what your experience with them so far is!
I am working on a counter-weighted variety for those who'd prefer it, but I also have been hearing a large number of people prefer the weight as it is. So, if anyone here has a pair, how is it? Would you prefer the current weight or are you interested in the counter-weighted variety?
"Windfire Rings are inspired by the traditional Feng Huo Lun, or Wind-and-Fire Wheels, of Chinese martial arts. Wind-and-fire wheels are circular melee weapons that are wielded as a pair, each wheel has blades in the design of flames projecting from the front with which the holder can slash, stab, parry, or disarm an opponent. They likely originate from the Shaolin Temples, where monks trained in a variety of weapons.
Windfire Rings can be held and used in a form similar to that of fire fans, the difference is the large, single ring which can also be used like a hoop.
Moves such as 'isopops' can be executed in the same way one would with a standard hoop. Tech-style moves that are common with fire fans yet less easily performed with mini fire hoops are more accessible with the Windfire Rings.
The rings open up a whole new level of movement and style to explore and expand upon."

It's beautiful!! what's the diameter of those rings?
