Share the story of the happiest moment you've ever had involving hooping. Whether it was figuring out a certain trick, a performance that you did, a hoop that you made or bought, etc.

I've had many a happy hoop moments so it's hard for me to choose... I guess it would be my last birthday when my mom brought me some quick wicks back from the states and then it would be the day that I actually got to fire hoop for the first time.

When I finally hooped on my chest. I was so excited I ran inside and screamed "Ma, I've got it! I deserve a cake" LOL
hahahha did you get the cake??

No. I am still nagging for it. :P

the time i finally got the shoulder duck out while ragin it up at schwagstock...good thing i got it on video...captured the whole excitement!
man I had the biggest smile on my face for like a day when I got the shoulder duck out, I kept showing it off to everyone. My friends and I now call it the "zombie trick" b/c your head goes limp like a zombie's when you do it.
Hummm difficult i have had a couple...when i did the hooper treasure hunt on hooping.org i don't think i stopped smiling for 3 days :) But the first hoop class i ran and 20 people turned up and i was totally overwhelmed i think it might have to be that one :)
when did they have a treasure hunt on hooping.org? What exactly did you do on it?

Well, I can't quite narrow it down to one moment. . .but this past week I was invited by some local hoopers to hula hoop in the Christmas Parade.  Thousands of people line the streets to watch, and it was honestly one of the greatest hooping moments of my life. I met so many inspirational spinners (hula hoop, poi, staff, fans, stilts, juggling etc) and shared tricks with them as well. We spun down the streets with Leds one round. . .then the second time around they brought out their fire toys. I put my led to the side and used somebodies PSI hoop, in which I fell in love with because I don't spin fire.  The looks on peoples faces, the "ohh's" and "ahhh's" and "oh my god's!" were simply amazing. It was nice to be able to show my town how beautiful object manipulation really is :)

awww that sounds fantastic! I would love to have the chance to hoop in a christmas parade and to use a PSI! Lucky you!

probably somewhere between accomplishing three hoops or performing at the freaksy, yeyyy, still so excited!
