Inviting all Fabulous Austin Hoopers & Circus Artists to come ROCK the First Night Procession for New Years Eve. The Parade is early 6-8:30 pm and the theme this year is iLLUMiNATiON! So please bust out all your glow toys, bling, LEDS, costumes, wigs, make-up, glitter, beautiful SMiLES and SKiLLZ to rock the Austin community.
