Thank you for starting this group! Of all the hooping I've watched, burlesque is by far the most compelling to me. I love the combination of hoop skills, performance, camp, and sensuality. I want to get good at it! It sounds like this group will help. ^_^

So, I didn't know if I should start a separate thread or post to this one.... but here it goes..... I HATE my old burlesque troupe.... I was the only hula hoop routine. I was thinking... wouldn't it be cool to get together a bunch of hoopers that also did burlusque?! Okay, so we live in different states and whatnot. But still. Okay, I'm a little buzzed but a travelling burlesque hoop troupe would be the BOMB!

You know, that is one kick-ass idea! I definitely think you should post this idea as a discussion thread (I will go ahead and make one for you) because that idea is way too awesome! It will make it easier for other group members to see and quite possibly we can get something going now or as the group grows! :) Thanks for sharing this!
