Choreography Notes:
Hoop vertically touching the floor, right hand on hoop, left hand up
Walk around hoop as you bring left hand around head and out
When you’re on the other side of the hoop, switch hands and pose with right
hand out
Face away from the audience, both hands on hoop, right hip, left, right

Grab hoop and put over body
Flip behind back
Bring above head on hand and turn toward audience
Put hoop on waist

Turn and hug yourself, bring hands across body and out
Bring hoop to chest, right arm comes out, around head and wrist roll out
Same on the left
Let hoop drop to waist

Vortex hoop up above head
Pose with right hand out and sit in right hip
Right hand through hoop, put hoop on neck w/ right arm out
Head duck out
Let hoop fall to waist, vortex hoop up and bring to vertical plane

Left hand up, walk to the right as left hand comes down body
Left hip, right, left, right (look with hip)
Right hand up, walk to the left as right hand comes down body
Right hip, left, right, left (look with hip)
Turn to the front, hoop comes out to the right, point left toe and left hand out
Hoop comes out the left, point right toe and right hand out
Close hoop in front of body like a door
Barrel turn

Bring hoop above head in horizontal plane
Go down to your knees
Sit on your left hip and lay down on your side
Lay on your back
Straighten right leg, bend left
Switch, switch and put hoop on right foot
Lay on back foot hooping
Lay on side foot hooping
Grab hoop from foot
Back bend

Get up and put hoop on waist
Hands on head, hands up, right hand comes down body

Hoop in vertical plane on right hand
Back toss
Vertical jump through
Chest toss

Circus Start for ending!
