Check out my customized aerial hoops! I am so excited to now be able to offer them. Also feel free to check out my lyra progress video on the front page of hoop city to see one in action!

I just want to share because it is something that I have fallen in love with and I want other to experience it too :)

My first aerial class was last night at Moody Street Circus in Waltham, MA.   I will be back for more!!!  My eyes were on the lyra all night!!  Mission accomplished!!!  Great instructor!!!!!!!!  Much work needed on my upper body.  Any suggestions welcomed for any upper body hoop workouts.  Stalls are on the list.

I use rosin with my  all aerials  (chalk leaves everything covered in white) however I wrap my hoop in cloth tape, I like to change the color of my hoop and it isn't as slippery.
