HI! Fellow busty chick here :)

I don't exactly have costume ideas. But I wanted to share my thoughts on the sports bra thing. I really like this Nike sports bra: http://store.nike.com/us/en_us/?cp=USNS_KW_030711_GPLA&l=shop,p.... It comes in some really awesome colors like blue, camo, magenta, neons, etc (not all colors are listed on website, especially ones from past years). They are racer back, and I think they look really cute under tank tops. I am a 34D and the medium fits me well (the good side of snug).  If you are bigger, I would give the large or extra large a try.

I totally feel your frustration on not finding cute light whimsical tops for BOOBS! A bandeau top can work if you aren't moving around much, but once you start dancing everything just falls out :)

Let me know if you find anything, festie season is upon us and I would like to find something new :D

hmm thats pretty cute, that would even be covering enough that i could wear it on its on in the summer!  don't really like the nike symbol, but i could easily throw i a patch or embellishments to snazz it up and cover the brand.  thanks!!

Exactly! They can be the base for an entirely new cute top. You can just sew around them :)

these tie tops with a sports bra underneath is perfect.  All the support and the unattractive straps don't show
