We always had leather (I think?) gloves when I was in color guard, drill team, and a majorette. They were white and thin and I've used them in cold weather to perform for years. I'll try to dig them out... just moved.

Thanks for the link, C!  Poking around the site, I saw they also have the grip gloves in shorter lengths (to the wrist) in white and beige (they were in the Gloves-Costume-Theatrical section of the site).

 

As for other colors, maybe you could get several pair in white and then dye them to the colors you want.  The grip material might not take the dye, so you could end up with a funky two-tone effect, but it might be worth experimenting with if it saves you from hunting all over cyberspace for colored gloves.
