Today I start my reiki 1 training and I'm so so excited to work with it :) I plan on taking the other courses after ...anyone else into reiki?

I'm starting my journey in energy healing.  I'm not sure where this journey is taking me, but I know it's all good and I feel great.  I really dig the goddesses and reiki.

Just wondering if anyone integrates essential oils into your hooping?  If so, which oils and how do you use them?

I am a nurse and Healing Touch practitioner.  I love how hooping opens the chakras and keeps me balanced!  What a wonderful exercise for the body, mind and soul!

Hey everyone! I am new to hooping but have been a reiki practitioner for two years now. I have a two year old and have been having trouble quieting my mind to do reiki, which is odd for me because I use to be able to do it at the drop of a hat. But I have been finding that the level of relaxation I get from hooping brings me to the state of mind I have to be in, in record time. I find it amazing!

Before beginning my journey with hooping I was doing energy work as a Planetary Light Server along with the Children of the Sun Foundation doing New & Full Moon Grid Transmissions, DNA Activations & Individual Attunements. The hoop truly fits perfectly in with that whole process & symbolically represents so much in so many different ways that truly it is fascinating at how well it works with everything else I've been doing over the past 20 yrs. teaching about self awareness, enhancing your intuition, positive thinking & ascending above your limitations in order to more fully reach your potential & embrace your true divinity & highest self at one with all that is & in the process becoming at one with the hoop when you let go, release any inhabitions & allow your total beingness to embrace the moment feel it deep within you instinctually & allow the dance to unfold. Great seeing a group dedicated to this very thing as it's a wonderful instrument for anchoring energies & doing grid & healing work! Looking forward to the sharing!;)

Hi.  I am into essential oils and gem stones and the thought of this has always interested me.  I am happy to learn.
