If you have at least 50 hours of 'flight time' (actual time spent physically interacting with your hoop) and/or you have taken at least one workshop with either Baxter or Ann, you are ready for this Master Class.

We will explore both core and off-body concepts, looking through the prism of the Infinite Sphere of Potential Movement that surrounds every hooper and contains every possible combination between body and hoop.

New ideas like Outer Space, One Bird, Mother Current, Stitching, and Two-Point Wrap Breaks will be covered in detail. Bring some new creative inspiration into your time with the hoop! We work together with the simple intention of opening new space in your practice.
