Cynthia, I was teaching hooping there, I'm taking a break from the spin jams until the weather is a little more hospitable. I tired getting the group to move to a place with shade (because I'm highly allergic to the sun as insane as that sounds). For the most part, everyone shares their knowledge with each other.

Presently, I hoop over at RDV Sportsplex in Maitland if you ever want to join it's like $15.95 for a day pass there if you're with a member or I think $20 w/out a member. Or there's a park called Minnehaha that's nice and shaded by some pretty big trees; if you ever want to do a mini jam.

Hey girl. I havn't been to an Objects in Motion group yet, so I'm not really sure on that. Don't be nervous though, everyone starts somewhere, and most of the hoopers I've met so far here in Orlando have all been pretty new to hooping, so don't feel like you're going to be behind everyone.
