Guidelines

Hello everyone.  Feel free to create a new discussion if there isn't one for the category you would like to add to.  For example, it would be nice to have everything organized like breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert, raw, etc.  Just so that it will be easier to find as a reference. 

 

Also, ask away with any questions or concerns you have on the topic of food.  My theory is cooking is one part recipe, one part artistry, and one part trial and error.  With input from other cookers, whether newbie or advanced, we will be able to make cooking at home that much more enjoyable!!

Cooking Oils

I mostly use extra virgin olive oil when I cook or in baking, but I always wanted to try other types of oils.  Sometimes, when I cook Asian type dishes, I do use sesame oil, too.  Have you used other…
