Leading a Community - book recs?

Hello there!

Anyone out there know a good book (or extensive website) with advice for leading a community? Of course I'm thinking of a hoop community; I think the same principles will apply to many types :) I'm looking for a well-thought out, complete text that I can geek out with.


And on a more specific level, I'm wondering how to encourage others to step up and take on leadership roles. I'm on the bus to Burnoutville and want to help my community survive without me
