Non-hooping exercise?

Hi all!

I'm curious -- what, if any, non-hooping exercise do you do? What intensity and for how long, on average.

I like to do weight work, and try to do metabolism-boosting DVDs (especially those by Jillian Michaels or Michelle Dozois -- those ladies kick my butt!).

I'm excited to learn more about how hooping does (or does not) intersect with you exercise regimen.

I do yoga and some pilates if I can't hoop. I find that I often integrate them into hoopdance (ex - the cat/cow stretch made me able to angle hoop from the beginning), so even if I can't hoop, I am still doing something relevant. :)
