Working on losing some weight and training to run my 4th Half Marathon! and doing it with my 17 year old daughter this time. It's amazing to see how quickly a 17 year old's body responds to training compared to my 48 year old body. I'm so proud of her, well and proud of me too.

Woo Hoo! Just got back from yoga...I feel very bendy :) My yoga actually has an ulterior motive aside from helping me get fitter...I think it will improve my hooping heaps :)

I have quit smoking, have quit boozing (hard as I am on uni holidays lol) for a month and am going to my first yoga session this morning...saw this group and HAD to join....I think it's a sign :)

i really like this group. ive been really wanted to stop smoking and start doing yoga! thank you for creating this!
