Thanks Mari :) Not rushing through moves is important. I worry sometimes about holding poses for too long. Hard to find the right balance sometimes.

love it...I loved the backbend and the foot hooping poses...wish you would do those for just a few more seconds.

Thank you Karla and Kathleen! I would Ideally love to use a slightly larger hoop but the small hoop allows me to have more room because I'm 5 foot 1" tall. lol The slower section is a good suggestion. This is mostly improvisation with an skeleton structure for a routine concept I have in mind.

Perhaps, to make your routine more dynamic you could incorperate more "slower" sections, like the ones at the end and beginning through the piece. I think it gives your audiance more of a chance to absorb everything. Love the dance jumps
