I know, I've got to get over this self-criticalness.  (Is that a word?)  I just happen to be a perfectionist, and although I'm learning to be less hard on myself, I have a hard time putting myself out there for others to see.  LOL!  One of the reasons I'm starting to blog now that I've started knitting. I'm hoping to "talk" myself through some of my internal struggles and just get over myself and let things flow - in the hoop and otherwise!

I sure will, Caroleeena, as soon as it's ready for public viewing.  I just started constructing it, which is kind of a job!  It's not a hooping-only blog.  It's more of a blog where I'll be tracking all of my creative endeavors, and keeping track of some of my other interests like reading and physical fitness.  There's always been a frustrated crafty-person inside me but the perfectionist in me has held her clamped down.  I finally decided I needed to let go, and I'm hoping blogging about it will help me through the process.  I figure it'll be like journaling. I've always wanted to keep a journal, but I've never stuck with it for more than a few weeks.  It's much easier (and faster) for me to hit the computer and type my thoughts.  LOL!  Anyway, will let you know when it's ready.

We do play together good. That is the one thing we whole heartedly agree on. We have fun at the jams because we are not competing, we are sharing our energy and encouraging individuality. CP and I both do our own thing and no matter what there is no right or worng and if hoops go flying, the more better. We kick'em back into play and run around that room like a bunch of kids. We really wish ya'll were here with us.:)

Ditto on everything K said here.  I'm glad HC made the hoop connection we have. :)

 

We'd love to have more of y'all at the jams; even WyldFire was out of town for a family party.  We missed her.

 

Meanwhile, it's been great with Jordan and Jillian coming.  They're eager to learn and they bring a fun energy to the jams.  In fact, in our Stray Cat Strut video you can see them trying out the new things we taught them a few minutes before we shot it.  Jordan wanted to learn my revolving door with a kick reverse, so I showed it to the girls and five minutes later they were doing it in our round robin dance.  It's stuff like that the keeps the jams entertaining  - not that Khaanee and I need outside stimuli to be entertained... :)
