- Choose one and only one goal
- Make your goal clear, measurable and attainable
- Practice it at least once every time you pick up your hoop
- At the beginning of the next month, choose a different goal

Barrel Rolls (Ideally one push turns, 10 times in a row, both directions)
I know what you mean, Kortney. I'm just starting to get that, and it still looks painfully awkward when I look at my practice videos.
It will come though; practice builds muscle memory, and one day something will just click into place and you'll be able to do it.
