HOLIDAY DISCOUNT! One day Hooping/Yoga Workshop: Hearts and Hips, Dec. 5
It will take place at Cerca Trova Yoga, 2124 Darby Road, Havertown, PA. Sharlene, Owner of Cerca Trova Yoga and Master Yoga instructor, will teach Yoga and I will provide Hooping. (No experience is needed for the yoga or the hooping.)
We will open the workshop with a nice stretch and warm up with yoga, then continue with hooping and finish with yummy relaxation yoga, especially delightful during this holiday season. Hoops will be provided. There are a limited number of yoga mats at the studio, but if you have one, please bring it. You will also need a water bottle and wear natural-fiber clothing, if possible.
This one-of-a-kind workshop will leave you with looser hips, an open heart and new friends.
Dec 5th from 1:30 - 3:30 pm. Cost is $20.00.
