Take as many hoops as you want I reckon! You'll want those hoops for different things.I had no trouble bringing my hoops to hoop camp last year from Australia in a bag I made for them. I then just checked the hoop bag as extra luggage (or oversized luggage) and it was no problem. travelling internationally you are allowed 2 items of luggage to check, but I think if travelling internally in the US you have to pay per extra luggage.

thats what i was afraid of. its going to be about 50 bucks for oversized luggage :(

One of the workshops says they will be using up to 8 same-size hoops!!! I guess take as many as you can!

 

I can ship hoops across country for $16-$20 (much less than a luggage charge) So just ship it over! Wrap it in bubble wrap and paper and see if the post office will hold it for you? Or you can send it to someone locally.

 

I could bring it for you too, but I am a stranger and understand if you're like "No WAY!" Plus I'm not going until Friday :\
