Since my field of study is Human Development (perschool teacher). I was wondering what books would you recomend for little ones? What was your favorite book/books growing up or what books do you remember reading?
What I would recomend for little ones-
Stinky Cheese Man and other Fairly Stupid Tales, by Jon Scieszka
If you give a Mouse a Cookie, by Laura Joffe Numeroff
The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle
Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What do you see by Bill Martin
Somewhat older kids-
American Girl series, I also love these books when growing up. they have a little history in them such as the tea pratty movment.
Goosebumps by L.R. Stain
All American Girl by Meg Cobat.

Chicka Chicka Boom Boom by Bill Martin Jr. ... i liked this one, my older sister calls me chica for this reason.

also, anything scratch n sniff or the ones with the fuzzy animals in them like Tails by Matthew Van Fleet :)
Chicka Chicka Boom Boom lol, I say that tail sometimes just redomly at times when I am watching my 6month old niece.
Harold the Purple Crayon is a cute book.
