Shuttles, Schedule, Etc

Hey all!

I sent a lengthy email out and I'm hoping everyone has received without any interruption from filters!  If you are registered and haven't received, PLEASE email me directly so I can forward.  There is one more email coming with a link to the final shuttle schedule.  Look for it on Mon/Tues!

The general event flow/schedule is up on the website  (specific classes to be added by end of the weekend:)

Shuttles --- If you haven't submitted your info for shuttles, you need to ASAP!  Write me at hoopconvergence@gmail.com if you need the link.   If you have received the email, please follow instructions included.

I've assigned cabins!  I think I've accommodated the requests:) 

phew!  It feels like I've been thinking about nothing but this event for some time...and have been deep in systems flow for weeks.  Everything should be awesome for your arrival and retreat pleasure:-)  I'm excited to see you all!!

Feel free to write if anything is not clear or complete.

Jewels, All the work you do is such a blessing to our community. Without you this couldn't and wouldn't happen. I am so grateful and can not wait to see all my FAMILY again! Oh what a reunion this will be!!
