Travel 2011
Hello friends :)
Just wondering if anyone is planning on travelling from the east coast?? ( eastern canada, maine??)
This is my first year attending and I see that it is about a 20hr drive if I don't fly.... and a 20hr drive is always better with company ;)
Trying to figure out what is the best way to get there... I haven't had any problems in the past flying with hoops... but that was always out of Canada... Wondering if the US is a little stricter about "oversized items" ... does anyone have any experience with this!

From everything I've ever read about traveling with hoops, it doesn't seem to be a problem. I've never heard of someone not being able to get their hoops through. Do you have collapsible hoops? Even non collapsible are usually put through with strollers and things like that. If you search the forums for traveling with hoops there's a lot of information there, but I don't think you have to worry about it! :)

Ahh! Great to hear! :) I do have one collapsible hoop but the ones I travel with arn't... just ones that I've made myself in case anything happens to them...
