My idea for the flow challenge this month is to give floor hooping a chance!
Lately Ive been exploring floor hooping moves and how to flow while laying on the ground. There are lots of cool things that one can come up with! This has helped me a lot with my regular "standing up" hooping flow because playing with floor hooping not only makes your foot hooping better, you can develope different ways to flow from one move to another without standing up, discover that there are many moves that can be done on your knees and have a great time while trying something different.
Soooo I challenge you to pick up a song and floor hoop to it. You can hoop in a more circus like way, hoop sexy, hoop funky, go wild, feel free!!
There is no need to be bendy! Just sit down on the ground and get creative. Try foot hooping on different positions, chest hooping, paddles and breaks, Isos, hand hooping, knee spins, what ever you like! If you feel the need to stand up for a while, explore new and creative ways to get back on the floor. If you are bendy and strong, play with hand stands, yoga positions and spring rolls...
