Sorry for the lateness this month. To give everyone time, I am extending the deadline to October 5th.
The challenge this month is to do a video tutorial on your favorite hoop save. My favorite hoop save is for shoulder hooping. When I feel the hoop start to wobble, I drop into vertical shoulder breaks.
Prize: A two piece lightweight push-button or 5 piece sport-weight push-button collapsible hoop by yours truly
Raffle entries are due by October 5th, midninght, Hoop City time.
**** Only video entries will be eligible for the raffle. Please title your video "Hoop City Flow Challenge-September 2011" and start all raffle entries with "Challenge Completed." ****
Your video emdedded :)
Challenge Completed!-- I call this the One-Legged Lift Up Save. A little bit more of an advanced tutorial, since you have to know how to do one-legged hooping.
thanks so much for this. I was actually having problems with getting the hoop back over my knee. this helped a lot.
This is great! I am just learning one-leg hooping and the part I am having the most trouble with is getting my other foot back in! Hopefully I will still want to learn it now that I know how to do this. Thanks so much!
This is so helpful! I never to one-leg hooping in front of people because I'm so inconsistent about getting my other leg back in before the hoop falls down!
