Yes, and you have to use the old youtube embed code. The new youtube embed code doesn't work.

Challenge Completed!-- I call this the One-Legged Lift Up Save. A little bit more of an advanced tutorial, since you have to know how to do one-legged hooping.

This is great!  I am just learning one-leg hooping and the part I am having the most trouble with is getting my other foot back in!  Hopefully I will still want to learn it now that I know how to do this.  Thanks so much!

This is so helpful!  I never to one-leg hooping in front of people because I'm so inconsistent about getting my other leg back in before the hoop falls down!
