Right! Once I get one shoulder hooping I think that would be a good move to flow into when this happens as well!

Sometimes when i'm angle hooping the hoop moves to my neck and I don't really know what to do, I use my knees to "break" the hoop and add something so im not just sitting there with the hoop around my neck.
