Permalink Reply by Tink in Tokyo on August 17, 2011 at 6:54am I am thrilled to be teaching Finding Flow on Sunday. I think exploring flow from a technical standpoint - giving the brain a workout - then turning the focus to body without the brain's interference, is a good way to awaken new opportunities for movement and fluidity.
There are still spaces available in Finding Flow (and most of Caroleeena's workshops, I believe). Contact Lisa to reserve your place!
