i'd have to see a picture to help you out more specifically- what craft they are, yarn weight, etc but in the meantime have you browsed Ravelry.com?

well, its pretty close to my hat, my hat has a bigger weave and the yarn used is very fluffy compaired to this one. and the neck scarf is longer but that can be made as long as you want :)

nice looking hood! that's the great thing about making things yourself, you can modify designs to suit your tastes :)
