Playing with Multiples
This month we will focus on the Separation-which is separating the hula hoops from each other, moving them to different parts of the body and finally maintaining them in that position. We will play with some of the many ways of getting the hula hoops to separate and transitioning from separation to separation all the while maintaining flow and a dance. As long as you are comfortable with hula hooping on your body than you are ready to play with multiples. Conditioning for moving the hula hoops up and down the body with out using the arms will be covered and we will look at what types of hula hoops are ideal for separation as well. Please bring 4 of the same size hula hoop. If you do not have any some can be proviced WITH advanced notice. Please email misssaturn@gmail.com if you would like hula hoops provided.

hey folks. I got a Blazing Star Fire Hoop from RenegadeJuggling a while back. Don't need it anymore. 5 wicks, 36 inches, 1.92 lbs. It's practicaly brand new, I've only burned with it 2 times. I'm asking 100 bucks for it, and I'll deliver it to you anywhere the MTA gives access to.

This month will focus on twins (working with two hula hoops on and off the body). If you have never hula hooped before feel free to come. A lot of twins work is layering tricks on top of each other so there is always the option to work one trick at a time. Again, the workshop is adaptable to the participants. if you have hula hoops, please bring two of the same size. Preferable size 29-35 inch diameter. Although, I will be providing hula hoops. Join us for a Hump Day Hoopy Hour at Iguana. We will be on the lower level and will have the space all to ourselves. Iguana is not charging us for use of the space, so please come thirsty and hungry :) Break up your work week!

We'll turn off the lights around 8 PM for glow in the dark/LED hooping to end the evening.

First-time hoopers are welcome and encouraged to attend, and there will be a limited number hoops available for us.e... (if you have a favorite though, please bring it along). Hoopnotica hoops and Tara V Hoops will also be available for purchase (cash only).
