I havent been here in a while mamas! My son, 22 months old finds it hilarious when I spin a toy hoop around him, and he gets excited watching me hoop :)

Hi Hoop mommas~ Im Jenny AKA Hoopnosis :D Im a proud mother of TWO cutie tooty kids. My son Trey, 11 years old, my daughter Mya, 6 years old. They both love to hoop ( woudnt let me teach them a thing) they wanted to figure it out on their own. So thats great!!! Hooping is something that has helped with many things in my life, including finding something active for the kids and I to do together. And man do we get laughing when one of us bops our selves in the head! haaa!

Prenatal hooping is easy... if you hooped before you were pregnant you can hoop during pregnancy. At some point you will want to make a switch to a lighter hoop but your body will let you know for me that was recently (4 months.) As long as your not high risk or anything that would put you on bed rest your fine.
