I have a vast taste in music. I'll give anything a chance from all sides of the spectrum but metal is where my heart & soul truly lies. Yay metal!!! What's in your Brutal Bank?

Name your flavor

Music plays such a huge role in our lives. There's always a song playing in my head. What's playing in yours?

Kiara by Bonobo (Slow, sexy, dreamy. I imagine hoops, loops and swirls when I listen to this track. Great for slow flowing)

I quite enjoy hooping to Godsmack, Sepultura, The Tea Party, Loreena McKennitt, Saltatio Mortis, Corvus Corax, Slayer, Kiss, Iron Maiden, Bollywood, White Zombie, Motley Crue and Beats Antique etc., pretty much any tune I LoVe.. However, nothing too fast, yet.  ;)

Hey! I'm well into fast music. jungle/breakcore. Before I started hooping I loved dancing to it and trying to depict all of the loops and breaks with my arms/legs. What attracted me to the hoop was that I might be able to depict even more of the rhythms in the track (i.e hoop follows the beat, arms follow bassline etc.) but yes Gwen, I've realised that I need to be able to hoop alot better and be alot more precise to actually do this. I'd love to see a video of someone who's hooped to dnb/breakcore.

I think that the best music to hoop to is what your brain's current pace seems to be. If you're just pissed to all get out and you're thrashing to Chelsea Grin, you gotta do it up
