Dear Bonnie!

 

Sadly for you (and me), there is only one known hooper in Rome. And that is ME :)

The bad news is we are alone here in this hoopless land, and I am a pretty poor hooper myself, so it's not that easy to jam up with a goofy beginner like me and have fun or attract people.

 

The good news is I can give you a hoop, we can get the needed materials to craft new ones, and we can definitely hoop together in the park, Villa Pamphili, Villa Borghese, or any other place you like :)

 

So yes, I am requesting your friendship here, and see if we can get in touch so we can do some hoop-jamming/crafting together. It would be awesome for me, by the way. I've been trying to raise some hoop interest in this city for a while now, and even invited people to just come here for visiting/touristing/hooping  check it: http://www.hoopcity.ca/forum/topics/italy-needs-hoopers-and ) but so far no luck, You could be the first one I really spin it for real in the Aeternal City of Rome :)

 

So yes, friendship first! Messaging next! Meeting third, and then spinjam! By the way, I am very glad you are here. I'll try what I can not to make you miss hooping too much :)

Hello Bonnie!

I'm one of the few italian hooper around, as Drew said we are really a small number, but trying at least to increase a bit! 

I'm sad that I'm really far from Rome to join you both in the hooping together, neither I can travel to Rome in this time of the year. I'm glad, though, that you have at least Drew near you so he can finally share his passion with someone who can understand it!

 

I hope you'll enjoy your stay in Italy and you'll enjoy hooping with Drew, obviously!

Are you still here in Roma? I am a student here as well, trying to jam out with some folks!!!
